Strengths: None apparent
Weakness: Programs no longer work and some are sluggish
I have already gone back to Leopard after trying Snow Leopard for a few days. I see no value in using it and since some of my programs became sluggish or quit working altogether, I decided I liked the old program better.

Snow Leopard Rocks!
Strengths: more stable, faster, new features
Weakness: can't be used on computers with PPC CPU's, must have Intel chips
This is an EXCELLENT OS, the best in the world currently (as of 6/2010). If you have a Mac and it has Intel core 2 duo or better and 2 Gig RAM, this absolutely rocks and you should get it! Very fast, more online and WIFI built in security protections than previous systems. Faster than previous systems and more efficient, just plain excellent!
